1) Question: What features will be required of the ISR? For example, voice services, NAT, etc.
Answer: Routing services
2) Question: What routing protocols will be used?
Answer: Static routing
3) Question: What routing bandwidth is required?
Answer: 1 Gbe
4) Question: How many and what type physical network connections are required (GbE copper, GbE fiber, 10G fiber)?
Answer: GbE copper
5) Question: Is this for a new location or an upgrade from current services? From what I am seeing in your account there is an active 36 month agreement with Spectrum Enterprise.
Answer: We are not changing anything on Category 1 this year - everything stays the same. We continue with our current 36 month contract.
