ZMS Robotics Club
ZMS Robotics Club is still at it! Students have carefully and successfully constructed these mechanical robots to come to life. Robotics Coach is Ms. Ricki Johnson. Good job Merlins!
The ZCISD Gifted and Talented Education Program held a summer robotics camp at the ZHS. Ms. Ricki Johnson was the camp coordinator/instructor.
Students enjoyed learning to program with Dash & Dot Robots! Dash responds to voice, navigating objects, dancing, singing, and more. They also learned the basics of coding while designing behaviors & interacting with Dash. These robots provide a fun way of learning essential skills of collaboration, communication and digital literacy.
