Organization's Information Sheet
Each Booster Club and/or Parent Organization is required to provide the Organization's Information Sheet prior to holding any meeting to their organization's head coach or campus principal.

Organization's Sample Bylaws
Parent organizations are organized for the purpose of supporting the education of children at Zapata County ISD by fostering relationships among the school, parents, and teachers. ZCISD requires each booster club and Parent Teacher Organization to have Bylaws that provides, at a minimum, the following:

  • The official name of the organization;
  • Purpose;
  • Members;
  • Officiers and Elections;
  • Meetings;
  • Executive Board;
  • Committees;
  • Finances;
  • Parliamentary Authority;
  • Standing Rules;
  • Dissolution;
  • Amendments.
