Parchment is an online platform that many schools, colleges, and universities use to manage and send official transcripts, diplomas, and other academic records securely.

When you hear “Parchment ordering transcripts”, it usually means:

  • You can request your transcript online through Parchment instead of going to your school office.

  • Parchment will then send your transcript electronically (or by mail if required) to the college, employer, or organization you choose.

  • You’ll often be able to track the order status to see when it’s processed, sent, and received.

  • Some schools may charge a fee for each transcript order, which you pay through Parchment.
