Hospitality & Tourism
The Hospitality and Tourism Cluster encompasses the management, marketing and operations of restaurants and other food services, lodging, attractions, recreation events and travel related services.
Students attending Zapata High School can also choose the pathway of Culinary Arts where they are instructed in areas related to nutrition, food selection and preparation, and management of a restaurant. Students in culinary arts provide the food for various events throughout the district.
